Cuties at the park.
What a social morning today turned out to be. We were walking to the library for story time and ran into our regular story time buddies on the way. Then we played in the park afterwards and ran into some more friends.
The sun was shining on Main Street today and Oria was in a friendly sociable mood.
The librarian read a Pete the Cat book, pleased Oria, plus she plays the ukulele and sang Sleeping Bunnies. Perfect morning for us!
Well our friend Sushi didn’t make it. Easter festivities did him in. So today Oria and ventured into Kitsilano to find ourselves Sushi 2.0. We rode a couple of busses, we stopped into the post office and Oria picked out a couple of cards while I mailed a few things (those are the cards above she picked out), and we went and picked ourselves a very pretty peacock coloured fighting fish.
Bath time is fun again. This pleases me, more than words. We had a period where the bath was not even happening, now she’s asking for them.
On a separate note, I love those little feet.

Fun. A trip to the water park! Little kiddles running about squealing seemed pretty fun to me.
She’s so much fun! Talking up a storm, running around, squealing with laughter, and of course catching every single detail of life that passes by us! When a toddler is in a good mood you really do have the most fun, of course come 7 pm on any given day, I’m about ready for a glass of wine, pajamas, the couch and possibly even bed.
