St. Patrick’s Day Sunday

We got ourselves dressed in green and ventured downtown to take in the Irish festivities happening on Granville Street.  It was a sunny day and they had the street closed down to traffic and vendors set up to line the street.  There was live entertainment and food, and most people were donning some shade of green.

There were green snow cones, street meat and dancing to entertain Oria, until she just couldn’t take anymore and begged to “go home by bus so I can go and have a nap”.  When your two year old tells you its time to leave, you jump on that train.

It was a fun afternoon with my family.
